WHY JOIN US?

WE CURATE CONNECTIONS. By curating, we mean more, much more, than simply bringing qualified and certified contractors to projects. Our surveys of and interviews with major contractors, developers, and awarding agency representatives make it clear that it’s not enough. So, our organization works with our contractor base to continuously elevate its value for each project, each contract, each undertaking. This is by making them stronger and more viable businesses.

“To broaden access in the construction trades for underserved and underrepresented communities through Mentoring, Outreach, Representation, and Education.”

Join us for M.O.R.E.

We offer a comprehensive service package, for contractors, in the acronym MORE with:

Mentoring

Outreach

Representation

Education

Our service elements are personalized and curated to benefit prime contractors, subcontractors, developers, and awarding agencies. We call it full-duplex service.

“Nurturing the next generation of construction trade workers and contractors.”

Our priority is support to the small and minority contracting community. Within that framework, a portion of net proceeds from special events (golf tournaments and the like) are used to fund our other charitable interests with grants and scholarships benefitting pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship, housing, recovery, formerly foster cared, and Justice-Involved second chances in the following networks:

  • Haddish House Not a house, but network support for housing, employment, and recovery for those who aged out, or are about to age out, of foster care.
  • System Impacted Supporting second chances for returning citizens and other justice system-impacted or otherwise involved persons.
  • Rebound Assistance in interrupting the cycle of addiction.
  • The Unhoused In partnership with a national partner network, we are a phone call away from a referral to shelter support.
  • Continuation School Students - in partnership with major construction contractors and contractor associations, we prime students for training and office placements in the industry.
